PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Zock may not be suitable for children below the age of four years old. Do you not use the product if a skin reaction starts to develop. Seek medical attention if reaction does not subside or you have allergic reaction to the material.

 

RIGHT TO RETURN

You have the right to return your purchase of the good without having to give reason within a 14 day cooling off period, starting on the first day you received your item.

If you are in possession of the good you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sums debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any rights to return a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • For the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by retailer.
  • For resale under a different name or domain.
  • If the product has been used and the tamper seal on the packaging has been broken, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Third party purchase.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 2 hours of placing the order, and to do so you must contact us via zockltd@gmail.com, only then will your order be cancelled and only if the cancellation email has been received within the stated time period.



CONCLUSION

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland and if you are resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
