HOW DOES THE ZOCK WORK?

The Zock is placed on top of the foot and this is then covered by your sock. One of the unique elements of the Zock is the material it is made from. The flexible yet durable material helps reduce the amount of impact directed onto the foot, when hitting a ball or taking part in a similar exercise. The flexibility of the material also allows it to conform to the foot, not only to guarantee the best fit but making it comfortable for the user to wear.

HOW DO I RESIZE THE ZOCK?

The Zock was designed to be one size fits all. Simply by using a pair of scissors, you can cut along the integrated guidelines on the edge of the Zock for the perfect fit.

WHICH SIDE DO I USE?

The Zock shape allows it to target problem areas on both the inside and outside of the foot, when used on either side A or B. Depending on where the problem area is on the foot, use the side which best covers that area.

CAN I WASH THE ZOCK?

Yes! The Zock can be washed by hand with warm soapy water, we recommend you do not put the Zock in the dish washer or washing machine.

WHERE DO I STORE THE ZOCK?

To keep the Zock in its' best condition we recommend you store it in its' original packaging between uses.
